[ We are here again at the single tree by the park in Japonifornia. Here lies crosses created with thin tree branches, one each for those who have passed and each decorated with withering flower crowns except for the three newly placed.
Everyone is gathered here today to pay the erased respect, old and new, and to place down whatever kind offerings. Vash himself puts down flowers for all three. ]

[ okay honestly he had zero idea what to expect but he's here and he's just kind of...trying to decide he's not actually intruding despite the fact vash invited him? his only contribution is a couple of flowers he nabbed from the park on his way to this park and they're sort of awkwardly held in his hand. he'd thought about telling alex where he was going and asking her to come along but this is something he needed to do for himself anyway.

[ It's really the way ths circle keeps getting a new person every week I'm losing my mind.
But Wolfwood is going to largely work away silently on making said tree branches, muttering curses under his breath at how crowded this singular tree is getting, and the fact of how depressing that is.
He also puts down a lily of the valley before Shenhe's.
When everyone's done and ready he'll do the usual funeral rites but handwave this because I've looked up enough prayers for 4 weeks!! I've never been to a funeral I can't keep doing this I'm not the right person OOCly!! ]

[ she sets the wilting flower she brought with her on fire. it's small and already pretty dry, so it doesn't take very long until it's engulfed. she holds it as it burns, wincing as the flames lick down to her fingers. once they die down enough, she blows out the embers and ashy remains of what was once a flower. ]
