[ Damn... Have people recovered from Sunday... Vash in general is a slug of a person, but perks up when he sees a good little bean. Wherever she is, he comes up and gently pokes the top of her head. ]

[none of us are ok after sunday but we have to keep rolling. she isn't visibly distressed or anything.]

Vash doesn't comment on the hood, though he makes note of it. ]

Oh. I meant more how big it is and how many shadow people are around.

[there's really nothing about mime cafe or prisons that are that weird to her either.]

[ He looks around at all of the shadow people just passing by. ]

Well, the shadow people are alive people. They can't really see us, because they're in the living world and we're here. Except when we enter buildings or try to buy things. Then they can see us for a bit, but once we leave we vanish for them.

It would be really easy and funny to do some pranks on them...

Just a little. Just to be funny. Not to really scare anyone or anything.

I could use a pick me up. What are we thinking? Leaving smelly cheese somewhere they can't find, or leaving some ominous message?

Well, I'm not the best at pranks. One time, we did convince a whole village they hadn't been attacked by spiders and had just been having an adult sleepover, but that was more to get the heat off our spider friend...

Maybe we could leave a message like "Ghosts are real so be careful who you try to sell hot dogs to!"

That's pretty clever, though. I hope it worked out for your spider friend. [ ... ] And I hope it wasn't awkward between them and Gerard.

[ looks into the distance over the spiders he collected for frog man ]

And not something like "Beware of the Hotdog Ghost?"

She was way too big of a spider for him to eat, he just ate the little and medium ones.

[she finds it not at all weird that gerard eats spiders and actually it's weird if anyone finds it weird, so vash is valid for thinking of it.]
